Collection and Processing of Personal Data
Personal data is any information relating to a person: name, email address, address, telephone number, NIF/NIE (Tax Identification Number), etc. Additionally, when a User visits our website, certain information is automatically stored for technical reasons, such as the IP address assigned by their Internet access provider.
“Rigging Mar,” as the Data Controller, is required to inform Users of its website about the collection of personal data that may be carried out, either by sending an email or by completing the forms included on the website.
Only the data required to perform the contracted service or to adequately respond to the User’s request for information will be collected. Legitimacy: The legal basis for this processing is the User’s consent, which may be revoked at any time.
Data transfer: Personal data will be processed through servers managed by DHAP, which will be considered the Data Processor.
Minors
Only persons over 14 years of age may provide personal data on this website. As required by the LOPD and GDD (Spanish Data Protection Act), for minors under 14 years of age, the consent of their parents or guardians is mandatory for us to process their personal data.
Furthermore, only persons over 18 years of age may contract our services. For minors under 18 years of age, the consent of their parents or legal guardians is mandatory for us to provide the services offered, unless the minor is emancipated.

Exercise of User Rights
The LOPD and the GDPR grant data subjects the possibility of exercising a series of rights related to the processing of their personal data. To do so, the User must contact jaume@riggingmar.com or, in writing, submit their identification to the address listed in our Legal Notice. This communication must include the following information: the User’s full name, the purpose of the request, their address, and supporting information.
The User must exercise these rights. However, they may be exercised by a person authorized as the User’s legal representative, providing documentation that proves such representation.
The User may request the exercise of the following rights:
The right to request access to personal data, which is the right to obtain information about whether their personal data is being processed, the purpose of the processing, if any, as well as information available about the origin of said data and any communications made or planned.
The right to request rectification, if the personal data is incorrect or inaccurate, or deletion of data that is inadequate or excessive.
The right to request the restriction of processing, in which case “Rigging Mar” will only retain the data strictly necessary for the exercise or defense of legal claims.

Right to data portability: If you wish your data to be processed by another company, “Rigging Mar” will facilitate the portability of your data in an exportable format.

We undertake to exercise all these rights within the maximum legal period (1 month).
If a User believes there is a problem with the way “Rigging Mar” is handling their data, they may address their complaints to the Security Officer or the appropriate data protection authority, with the Spanish Data Protection Agency being the appropriate authority in the case of Spain.
Data Retention
The personal data of Users who use the contact form or who send us an email requesting information will be processed for the time strictly necessary to respond to the information request, or until the consent granted is revoked.
Customers’ personal data will be processed until the contractual relationship ends. The retention period for personal data will be the minimum necessary and may be retained for up to:
4 years: Law on Infractions and Sanctions in the Social Order (obligations regarding affiliation, registration, deregistration, contributions, payment of salaries, etc.); Arts. 66 et seq. General Tax Law (accounting books, etc.)

No deadline: disaggregated and anonymized data.
In the case of processing candidate data (CV), “Rigging Mar” may store your resume for a maximum of two years to incorporate it into future calls for applications, unless the candidate indicates otherwise.
Social Media
“Rigging Mar” has a profile on some of the main social media platforms. social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube). The purpose of data processing by “Rigging Mar” will be to inform its followers about its activities, using the tools permitted by the social media platform in question, and to provide personalized customer service. Users should be aware that the use of these social media platforms is subject to the platforms’ respective terms of use and privacy policies. “Rigging Mar” recommends that Users review these terms and privacy policies before using the links or applications provided.
Under no circumstances will “Rigging Mar” extract data from social media platforms unless the User’s express and specific consent has been obtained. Furthermore, “Rigging Mar” is not responsible for the privacy practices of these social media platforms or their applications, especially with regard to confidentiality, processing of personal data, and content.
Personnel Selection
Applicants who send electronic communications to “Rigging Mar” for the purpose of accessing the data controller’s personnel selection processes authorize us to analyze the documents submitted (for example, their CV), all content directly accessible through Internet search engines (for example, Google), profiles maintained on professional social networks (for example, LinkedIn), data obtained from the entrance exams, and information provided during the job interview, in order to assess their candidacy and, where appropriate, offer them a position. If the candidate is not selected, “Rigging Mar” may store their CV for a maximum of two years to incorporate it into future calls for applications, unless the candidate indicates otherwise. The legal basis for this processing will be the consent of the data subject, which may be revoked at any time.
Confidentiality
The information provided by the User will, in all cases, be considered confidential and may not be used for any purpose other than those described herein. “Rigging Mar” undertakes not to divulge or reveal information about the User’s needs, the reasons for the advice requested, or the duration of its relationship with the User.
